on this site. If your account number includes a ‘-‘, it should be removed. For example, if the account number on your bill is 12345-01,
you should enter either 12345 or 1234501 in the account number field.

If you have a valid account number and password, you can login into the website and create your own user ID from the settings menu.
If you do not remember your password but have a valid account number, e-mail address, and telephone number, you can use the ‘New User’ link available in the Customer Login section.
If you do not remember your password, you must have an e-mail address and a telephone number in your account profile to be able to create your own user ID.
